Welcome to Teoraroa Polynesian Dance Studio.

At Teoraroa, we are passionate about preserving and sharing the rich traditions of Polynesian dance through education, performance, and community. We offer Hula and ’Ori Tahiti classes for children and adults, along with authentic entertainment for weddings, corporate events, festivals, schools, and private celebrations throughout the Bay Area.

What is Hula & ’Ori Tahiti?

Hula is the traditional dance of Hawaiʻi, combining graceful movement, chant, and music to tell stories of legends, the beautiful and sacred places of Hawaiʻi, and the history and spirit of the Hawaiian people.

’Ori Tahiti is the traditional dance of Tahiti, French Polynesia. Known for its powerful drumming, dynamic hip movements, and expressive storytelling, ’Ori Tahiti celebrates the islands’ history, culture, and way of life.

At Teoraroa, we strive to teach these art forms with respect for their cultural roots while creating a welcoming environment where students of all ages can learn, grow, and build lasting friendships.
